Manual powder paint spraying device with tribo-static spraying set ensures powder charging by means of manual tribo-sprayer and transportation of the charged powder to the processing part by compressed air.

Control unit of the device comprises air-operated distributor, air-pressure regulators of main and subsidiary blasts.

Different variants of the device allow to make choice in favor of :

  • powder paint intake (with fluidization) directly from the box by means of the specially designed feeder.

  • Powder paint intake from fluidization tank.

MANUAL SPRAYING DEVICE "OPTIMA-01"FOR POWDER GLASSENAMELS

This manual powder paint spraying device is equipped with electrostatic spraying set and ensures charging of powder glass enamels by means of manual electrostatic sprayer and transportation of the charged glass enamel powder to a processing part by compressed air.

Specifications are identical with "OPTIMA-01" and "OPTIMA-02".

10 programmable function modes (owing to CPU control unit) ensure the choice and reproducibility of the technological modes.

The sprayer's high voltage part is of one unit non-disassembled design that increases reliability and safety of the instrument.

Special extension nozzle, fan-like nozzle, deflectors allow to optimize the shape of the spraying paint jet.

Sprayer's design with the "inner' charging allows using electrostatic sprayer for painting the parts with complex shape in "tribo" quality.

Many parts of the sprayer coming in contact with the powder paint (needle-holder, turbulence-maker, deflector are made out of high-resistant ceramics.

The set is designed for automated paint stations and comprises electrostatic sprayer mounted on the manipulator, powder paint jet pump, electrostatic sprayer control unit.

It is also designed for application with powder glass enamels: for this it is provided with ceramic material feeding line, deflector, needle-holder; special ejector for glass enamel.

Synchronized operation start of the sprayers is ensured by ground connection of parallel connected terminals belonging to control modules of "outer start" ( command is made on the manipulator or by means of parts' presence sensor).

Powder paint jet pumps (ejectors) have high-proof ceramic inserts and nozzles, the pumps for glass enamel have housings made out of special hardened steel.

Manual powder paint spraying device with multipurpose electrostatic set ensures powder charging by means of manual electrostatic sprayer or by manual tribo-sprayer and transportation of the charged powder by compressed air to the processing part.

Device control unit comprises air-operated distributor, air-pressure regulators of main and auxiliary blasts, indication and controlling functions.

Different variants of the set's composition can make choice in favor of :

  • manual tribo-static or manual electrostatic powder paint spraying mode.

  • powder paint intake (with fluidization) directly from the box by means of the specially designed feeder.

Feeder is a device maintaining powder intake directly from the box with powder fluidization in intake area. Original design.

Consoles of the holder prevent "dusting" effect in the operating area. Control console of the device has two functions: control panel and holder for the feeder and/or for the micro cyclone.

Placing the box with the powder on the tilt vibratory table maintains complete powder intake.

  • Powder paint intake from the fluidization tank (fluidization by air flow thorough the micro-pores tanks' bottom.)

Vibratory sieve for bolting of the loading powder and for the powder entering from the recuperation main is placed on the cover of fluidization tank.

Fluidization tank combines functions of the container with fluidization for the powder paint and vibratory table, has an easy disassembling design (with

latches), that makes cleaning easy while paint change.

" OPTIMA - ЭА"

This device can be installed into the micro cyclone (subject to separate delivery) and allows powder intake from the recuperation mains. Device is mobile (equipped with the wheels).
